A data back up service is available to all clients.

You may send to AvDb via a dedicated email address your log file (which must be compressed) once a week. We will save you data to a PC on our network, and also to a dedicated CD. In case of any mishap or disaster at your end, you can safely restore all your personal data.

Should a restore be required we will send you a link to an exe file that will once downloaded & opened will restore to the correct location all data held on your behalf.

We suggest you have WinZip 8 or later installed. Then via Windows Explorer right-button click on the file AvDb Data.mdb. Left click on "ZIP & Email AvDb Data.zip". Type in the email address that we'll send you, and the backup (after sending) has been done. You remain responsible for sending the data on a weekly basis. Any missed weeks cannot be carried forward.
